Our infrastructure

In order to prevent false alarms our system uses 5 monitoring stations located in independent data centers on different continents:

• Gdynia, Poland, Europe
• Chicago, USA, North America
• Singapore, Asia
• Sydney, Australia.
• Johannesburg, South Africa

Monitoring process

Every monitored website or server is tested every 60 seconds by one of the monitoring stations. The moment the monitoring station finds a failure, additional test are conducted by the other stations. The failure is reported if it is confirmed by at least two additional stations (i.e. if at least three stations in total find the failure).
